To Politecnico, Città Studi University and Cattolica University: green Metro direct, really fast.

Zona servitissima di negozi, locali,ristoranti: grande supermercato a 20 mt; ottimi anche i collegamenti: tram linea 3 (Duomo) a 50 mt, circolare 90-91 a 30 mt, metropolitana linea 2 (verde) a 1 km (5 minuti con la circolare). Università Bocconi e Naba: 5 minuti a piedi. Iulm: un quarto d'ora a piedi. Università Cattolica, Politecnico e Statale Città Studi, con metro verde, velocissimo.
Euro 800 mensili per una persona, 1000 per due persone comprensivi di spese condominiali, acqua e tassa sui rifiuti ma non delle bollette di gas, luce e internet, in genere molto contenute. PREZZO TRATTABILE PER PERMANENZE SUPERIORI A UN ANNO.
