La camera singola è arredata con letto matrimoniale, armadio, etc e la casa è dotata di tutti i comforts ( riscaldamento autonomo, WiFi Adsl e telefono, lavatrice, balcone).

La zona e' signorile, residenziale e tranquillissima a 10 minuti dal centro, 10 minuti dal polo Universitario e a due passi dalla stazione di Firenze Statuto, con servizi a portata di mano: fermata del bus, supermercato Esselunga davanti casa, banche letteralmente dietro l?angolo.

Regolare contratto.

Available starting September 1st, 2015 until April 30th, 2016a very large single room, very bright, and fully furbished with kingsize bed, couch, wardrobe etc. The flat will be shared with three Italian girls, average age 26 yrs.
The flat offers a fully fitted kitchen with all you need, from oven and hob down to forks and knives, shared dining room and bathroom with shower, and it is fully furnished: independent heating, telephone, microwave, washing machine, wireless broadband connection 24/7, vacuum cleaner etc? you?ll only need your toothbrush!!
The location is excellent: 10 mins from the University and 10 minutes from town centre.
