L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort ed è stato finemente ristrutturato da poco. Corso di Porta Ticinese è a pochi passi, o un paio di fermate di mezzi, dalle Università: Bocconi, Cattolica, IULM, NABA, Marangoni, Statale.
A disposizione: stanza arredata con letto alla francese armadio e un balconcino; stanza arreda con cabina armadio bagno (con vasca e doccia) angolo cottura (con tutti gli elettrodomestici) e sala. La casa è libera dal 30 di Giugno 2015.
Il condominio ha la portineria, la casa ha la porta blindata e l'allarme anti intrusione, così come il wi-fi e l'aria condizionata. Possibilità di parcheggiare bicicletta o motorino nel cortile.

We are a married couple and rent our flat, located right in the center of the old city of Milan. Our apartment overlooks the "Corso di Porta Ticinese" and the Basiliche's Park. Our home, which has been recently renovated, has got all the necessities you need, since it has been lived since some months ago.
The most important universities, such as Bocconi, Cattolica, IULM, NABA, Marangoni can be reached on foot or by tram or bus from the Corso.
At your disposal you will have a cozy single room overlooking the park with a french bed, a wardrobe, a double room with walk-in-closet, living room, bathroom (with shower and tub) and kitchen (with all the most modern appliances).
The building has a janitor and the apartment is quite safe, as provided with an allarm system, wifi, air conditioned and a reinforced door.

Wir sind ein junges Ehepaar und vermieten unsere Wohnung, die in dem Zentrum der Stadt gelegen ist. Unser Haus befindet sich zwischen "Il parco delle Basiliche" und "Corso di Porta Ticinese". Die Wohnung verfügt über alle Bequemlichkeiten die sich wünschen kann und ist seit kurzer Zeit renoviert worden. Von dem Corso di Porta Ticinese liegen die Universitäten ganz nah: sie können entweder zu Fuss oder mit dem Tram erreicht werden (Bocconi, Iulm, NABA, Cattolica, Marangoni, Statale).
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bettzimmer, ein doppeltes mit Schrank in einem separaten kleinen Zimmer und ein kleineres mit Bett mit Behälter, einen Schrank und einen kleinen Balkon, der auf dem Park sieht. Die Küche und Wohnzimmer sind zusammen und das Badezimmer hat Dusche und Badewanne.

Das Gebaude hat eine Pförtnerin, Panzertür und die Allarmanlage.
Ein Velo/Mofa kann im Hof geparkt werden.
