FOR RENT FROM JANUARY 2015: I am looking for a new roommate from January 2015 onwards. The apartment is located next to Arco della Pace in a very nice, clean and safe area. Tram and Bus stops are just next door. Also the metro stations of Cardona and Moscova are nearby. Hence, all major universities can be reached easily. Shops, supermarkets, post office, several gyms, nice restaurants and bars all reachable within close walking distance.
The apartment consists of 2 single bedrooms, a large hallway with lots of storage space, a big bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with a beautiful balcony. The apartment is fully furnished: The bedroom has a queen-size bed, 2 bedside tables, a big closet, a drawer, a mirror and 2 desks with chair. There are all electric appliances you need: telephone/internet, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer/fridge, electric oven, gas stove and a dishwasher. The apartment has been completely refurbished in Summer 2014, and hence everything is in a very good condition. The monthly rent is EUR 750 per person (including condominium expenses, e.g. water and heating, but excluding gas, electricity and other charges).
I am looking for a nice, clean, tidy and reliable student or young professional (ONLY GIRLS aged somewhere between 20 and 30). Long-term stay (min. 1 year) preferred.
