Room for rent on Corso di Porta Ticinese

Looking for 1 or 2 people to move into my apartment located on Corso di Porta Ticinese. The room is large (around 20mq2) and features 2 single beds, and 1 double bed. There is a small balcony which overlooks Corso di Porta Ticinese, and the kitchen and bathroom overlook Colonne di San Lorenzo. The room is ?800 as a single or ?400 as a double and includes spese condominiali. I don't speak Italian very well, so someone who can speak english would be preferred. The contract will be 11/12 months.
