Double room in center (piazza signoria)

Free from the 1 august a double room in the apartment located very very centrally, just 1 minute walking from piazza signoria and two minutes from piazza santa croce (the main place of the night life in Florence), it's just behind the museum of Uffizzi, you have everything around: shops, bars, supermarket, hairdresser, laundry, libraries etc... The apartment is on the first floor of the typical ancient palace, it was just restored and put in order, it's stylish decorated, and silent. There are all commodities: oven, microwave, tv, internet, washing machine, coffee machine...
The room is not huge, but it's confortable and has everything you need: two beds, two customised wardrobes, two desks, commode and if you need anything else I can try to provide. The price is 230 euro per person, utility bills extra.
The apartment is to share only with one person, with me, I am a young worker girl (28 years), I am out for work all the day, also on weekend I often go away. I am very educated, social and clean person, do not smoke, do not make parties all the nights.
It is possible to take the room also as a single room, the price would be about 420 euro, utility bills extra.
