Area (Corso Sempione) is very pleasant and green and very well served by public transport (one stop urban train to Milan historical center -- 5 minutes to Cadorna FN, 1 stop to Politecnico Bovisa). There are 2 supermarkets nearby and a public swimming pool.
It takes 5 minutes afoot to reach Arco della Pace/Parco Sempione and 15 minutes to get to historical centre pleasantly crossing park. Lot of trams & bus in nearby corso Sempione or piazza VI Febbraio
