if you want to book it as single occupancy the total monthly cost is Euro 600 + heat

The Rental contract is temporary ,

for minimum 6 months .

for students or workers on transfer .

This a big high-class apartment which I have divided by independent studios /apartments.

Their sizes vary from 16 to 35 sqm : All of them are really charming with chic decor , painted ceilings or brickworks .


Each studio have
-mezzanine with 2 single beds ,
-an equipped kitchen ( microwaves & grill , coffee machine , induction plates , fridge , kitchenware etc )
-private bathroom
and balcony.


There is a sofa bed who can arrange a third person .


There crowd is very international : right now 2 students from Politecnico , 2 from Unito and 2 students from IAAD .


The apartment is located in Via Carlo Noe' 2 . It?s the heart of Porta Palazzo , a multi ethnic area where there is the biggest European market : country farmers come daily with their groceries and you can buy all best Italian delicatessen .

Every Saturday there is a flea market ( BALON) and once a month the Sunday GRAN BALON where you take spot antiques and collectibles.



Walking distance to ?Quadrilatero? , the nightlife area is 10 minutes and 5 minutes later you are in Piazza Castello , the exact city center !
