Ad agosto partirò per un semestre in Erasmus in Olanda, e io e i miei coinquilini stiamo cercando qualcuno che prenda il mio posto in un'accogliente stanza singola (9 metri quadrati).
I miei coinquilini - un ragazzo e tre ragazze - hanno tra i 23 e i 28 anni e sono tranquilli e alla mano: ci piace vivere serenamente in equilibrio tra condivisione (di cene, idee, interessi) e rispetto degli spazi altrui.
L'appartamento è al piano rialzato di una grande casa a San Martino, in posizione imbattibile: con una vista splendida sulla città e i monti ma ad appena 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a 3 minuti da supermercato, negozi e fermata dell'autobus.
L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso (140 mq) e pieno di grandi finestre a doppi vetri: abbiamo inoltre una spaziosa terrazza, un giardino alberato e spazio per bici e moto. I mobili di stanze da letto e cucina sono quasi nuovi, e ci sono anche wi-fi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, vasca da bagno - e tostapane!
Se hai piacere a visitare l'appartamento, conoscerci e scambiare quattro chiacchiere, fatti sentire! :)

I'm leaving Trento for a semester in the Netherlands, and I and my flatmates are looking for someone to replace me in a comfortable single room (10 square meters).
My flatmates - one male and three females - are Italian, aged 23 to 28, relaxed and easygoing. Two are workers and two are master-level students; they all speak English. We've always treasure living peacefully in a balance between sharing (meals, ideas, interests) and respecting each other's spaces.
The apartment takes up the whole first floor of a detached house in the San Martino district of Trento: the spot is unbeatable, with a magnificent view over the city and the surrounding mountains, and yet on a 10-minute walk from the city centre and just 3 minutes away from shops, supermarket and bus stops.
The apartment is neat, spacious (140 square meters) and full of (insulated) wide windows: we also have a large terrace, a tree-lined garden and space for cycle parking. The furniture in bedrooms and kitchen is almost new, and we also have wi-fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a oven, a bathtub - and a toaster!
