LIBERA DA LUGLIO - LUMINOSA CAMERA IN ZONA PORTA A LUCCA Si affitta in zona Porta a Lucca, a pochi passi dallo stadio, ma in zona tranquilla e residenziale, camera singola in appartamento al quarto piano di una palazzina sita in una strada a vicolo cieco. La stanza si compone di: letto matrimoniale, armadio 4 stagioni specchiato, scrivania, libreria, ha una superficie di 20 m2 ed è molto luminosa, come tutto l'appartamento. L'appartamento si compone di due camere di uguale grandezza (la seconda occupata da una giovane lavoratrice), ingresso, bagno finestrato, ampia sala con divano, tavolo, parete attrezzata e tv, cucina abitabile completamente attrezzata, terrazza che affaccia sul verde. La terrazza è arredabile. Il canone di affitto è di 350 più spese (condominio, riscaldamento, acqua fredda, luce, gas, energia elettrica, spazzatura) che rimangono intestate al proprietario (no voltura). Le spese condominiali, che comprendono anche i costi di riscaldamento, ammontano a 45 Euro al mese, vanno pagate mensilmente insieme all'affitto, saranno poi conguagliate una volta all'anno al saldo calcolato dall'amministratore del condominio. Le altre spese (luce, acqua, gas, spazzatura) arrivano in bolletta (30/40 euro al mese). Si affitta preferibilmente a lavoratori/lavoratrici, dottorandi, ricercatori o specializzandi. No studenti.
