Cerchiamo urgentemente una ragazza per completare una bella stanza doppia di 20 mq.
Siamo due ragazzi e due ragazze (di cui una austriaca), tra i 21 e i 27 anni, tranquilli e alla mano: ci piace vivere serenamente in equilibrio tra condivisione (di cene, idee, interessi) e rispetto degli spazi altrui.
L'appartamento è al piano rialzato di una grande casa a San Martino, in posizione imbattibile: con una vista splendida sulla città e i monti ma ad appena 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a 3 minuti da supermercato, negozi e fermata dell'autobus.
L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso (130 mq) e pieno di grandi finestre a doppi vetri: per di più abbiamo una terrazza, un giardino alberato, posto bici e moto.
I mobili di stanze da letto e cucina sono quasi nuovi, e ci sono anche wi-fi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, vasca da bagno - e tostapane ;)
Se hai piacere a visitare l'appartamento, conoscerci e scambiare quattro chiacchiere, fatti sentire!

Girl (quite urgently) wanted for a bed place in a nice 20 sqm double room :)
We are four students and workers, three Italian and one Austrian, aged 21 to 27, relaxed and easygoing. We treasure living peacefully in a balance between sharing (meals, ideas, interests) and respecting each other's spaces.
The apartment takes up the whole first floor of a detached house in the San Martino neighbourhood of Trento: the spot is unbeatable, with a magnificent view over the city and the surrounding mountains, and yet on a 10-minute walk from the city centre and just 3 minutes away from supermarket, shops and bus stop.
The apartment is neat, spacious (130 square meters) and full of (insulated) wide windows: we also have a large terrace, a tree-lined garden and parking place for bikes and motorbikes.
The furniture in bedrooms and kitchen is almost new, and we also have wi-fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a oven, a bathtub - and a toaster ;)
