Centralissimo. Situato in posizione strategica, nel centro della Milano notturna, a pochi passi dal Duomo. Pur trovandosi nell'area dei navigli, la via non è interessata dal chiasso della movida e consente di arrivare in un attimo a Porta Ticinese, Porta Romana e all'università Bocconi (400 m).
Bilocale recentemente ristrutturato e trasformato in un gradevole open space. Soluzioni ingegnose consentono di vivere al meglio lo spazio: il letto matrimoniale scompare scorrendo sotto il pavimento della cucina e dietro le ante del capiente armadio si nasconde un'ampia scrivania ideale per studiare o lavorare.
La cucina in acciaio spazzolato è corredata e dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, lavastoviglie e trita rifiuti compresi. C'è anche il condizionatore e gli arredi sono di ottimo livello. Il bagno è stato realizzato in maniera originale, con una grande doccia a forma di spicchio. I due ripostigli nascosti ricavati in bagno e cucina assicurano di avere sempre spazio a disposizione per le proprie cose.
Se ci fosse la necessità, è possibile aggiungere un divano/letto per sistemare un secondo inquino. Si affitta per permanenze di almeno 1 anno con regolare contratto.

This two-room flat has been recently renovated and turned into a nice open-space. Great solutions permit to better live the flat: the double bed disappear under the kitchen's floor and behind the wardrobe there is a desk where to study and work in silence. The bathroom has a large shower and it has been designed in an original way.
The kitchen is furnished with all white goods, dishwasher and waste disposalunit included. The flat is also air conditioned!
If necessary, we can add a sofabed to house another tenant. We rent for,at least, one year stays under regular contract.
This apartment lies in a strategic position, near the Duomo and the centre of the night-life of Milan. Even if it is positioned in the popoular Navigli area, the street is not noisy at all and it allows to get to Porta Ticinese, Porta Romana and Bocconi university in an instant!.
